- I went to James Madison high school, and i was outgoing, and friendly student. My favorite classes was math, and science. I also played dodgeball, and i really like it.
Did you go to college? Graduate school? If so, where? For how long? What degree(s) did you earn? Are you interested in going back to school? If so, what so you plan to study?
- I went to KCC, and Brooklyn College. KCC was for 2.5 years, for Brooklyn College for 4 years.
- Yes, i would love to go back to school, but it's challenging for me with career and family. I've earned Associate Degree in Liberal Art from KCC, Bachelors Degree for science, and business management of Finance.
How did you choose your current occupation?
- The opportunity came up, and i was currently working in Health Care.
What steps did you take to get this job? How did you learn about it? How many interviews did you have? Was the hiring process difficult, not difficult? If a person were looking for a job at your company, what advice would you offer?
- I establish and professional relationship within the company (Hospital). I learned that through the time, and experience. I had 2 interviews, and the hiring process wasn't that difficult, but somewhat challenging for me.
- Advices: Maintain a integrity, and be a team player.

- I have been worked here for 17 years, and i have worked in difficult capacities at this job. I worked in Patient ROEP, Hospital Administration & Supervisor.
What is your job title and what are the three tasks or responsibilies you do most often?
- My job titles are Director, and Patient Trasport.
- Tasks: Troubleshooting, transport related issues, monuter employee performance, and manage department staffing.
Who is your direct supervisor and what is his/her job title? How much do you interact with her/him in a weekly basis? How many people do you supervise?
- My direct supervisor is Therese Romanelli, and she's director, and i supervise about 43 people.
What are two examples if challenges you face working here?
- Getting staff to be engaged more often.
- Communication brake down among various department that i deal with.
What is the best part of your job?
- My best part of my job is when the tasks competed without any obstacles.
What is something you would like to change about your job?
- I would like to be sentenced more often.

- I worked for the television company for 4 years. Now i work in the Hospital and these jobs are totally different from each other.

- Is to be aggressive and assentive.
- Be persistence, and do not be afraid of rejections.
